The [hogscan:chapter_name] is a diverse group of riders; men & women, novice to experienced who enjoy the camaraderie of friends and the passion of riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles.  

On behalf of our over 300 chapter members, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our Idaho backyard, which is filled with a multitude of great riding adventures for the novice and advanced rider alike.

Each year, we are fortunate enough to have a large contingent of Road Captains who plan, organize, and guide our diverse group of riders. Regardless, if you are riding as a single rider, as a couple, or as a family, our planned rides are infused with tremendous enthusiasm, fellowship, and goodwill. The laughter at our rest stops and end-of-ride dining venues validates our commitment to each other under the umbrella of "Harley® Owners Group." Collectively, we strive to ensure "ride safety and fun" are two key elements for every planned outing.

Our IMCHOG® Chapter Board of Directors, comprised of 27 committed riders, works diligently to ensure compliance with HOG®'s expectations for safe riding and having fun through the H.O.G.® Chapter Charter and Handbook. Notice a theme here: "Ride Safety and Fun!" Our newsletter is second to none, consistently providing a stream of helpful information about future rides and activities to include bike safety information worthy of your valuable time.

We invite you to check us out during one of our monthly membership meetings. We meet at 7 P.M. on the last Friday of each month, barring Holidays or special events, at the Eagles Lodge, 7025 W. Overland Road in Boise, behind the theaters. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m., but most members come early to grab a beverage and socialize first. Occasionally, our general meetings are held on an alternate Friday, so be sure to visit the Calendar to confirm meeting dates.

The goal of [hogscan:chapter_name] is to promote responsible motorcycling events for the Harley Owners Group members by conducting chapter activities and encouraging participation in other H.O.G. functions.   Our intent is to bring people of common interests together, to enjoy the spirit of motorcycling, to increase the level of enthusiasm for riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles, to support the activities of [hogscan:dealer_name], and to create a family-oriented atmosphere in which all members can live the Harley-Davidson experience. 

Chapter Charter & Handbook

Harley Owners Group® (H.O.G.®)

H.O.G. is the official riding club of Harley-Davidson over one-million members strong, with more than 1400 chapters around the world.  H.O.G. is an organization founded and sponsored by Harley-Davidson Motor Company.  Established to offer motorcycling benefits and services to Harley-Davidson enthusiasts throughout the world, and develop a closer relationship between the Harley-Davidson rider, the Harley-Davidson dealership, and Harley-Davidson Motor Company.  

Each chapter is sponsored by a Harley-Davidson dealership.  It is offered to bring members together for the common interest of promoting motorcycling activities.  The intent of the Chapter is to “Ride and Have Fun” with like-minded individuals who have a passion for riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
